Toyota Camry maintenance schedule
Covers: 2024 model year, US market, petrol Camry (front-wheel and all-wheel drive). Last checked: 29 October 2026.
A 2024 Toyota Camry sold in the US needs a service visit every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. Toyota's guide has the oil and filter changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months, and the cabin air filter on the same 10,000-mile rhythm. Spark plugs wait until 120,000 miles, and the first coolant change is at 100,000.

Heavy use and tough conditions
Towing, dirt roads, short cold trips and heavy idling
If most of your driving is like this, Toyota wants the oil and filter changed every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whatever oil you use. That covers dirt and dusty roads, towing or heavy loads, repeated trips under 5 miles when it is below 32°F (0°C), and lots of idling or low-speed driving such as taxi or delivery work.
Transmission, differential and transfer case oil
The normal schedule has no automatic transmission fluid change. For towing, heavy loads and lots of idling, the guide adds a change at 60,000 and 120,000 miles. All-wheel-drive cars that tow or carry heavy loads also get the rear differential and transfer case oil changed at every 15,000-mile mark.
Brake fluid
The guide gives no replacement interval for brake fluid. It asks for the level and condition to be checked at each visit.
Regional differences
This is the US schedule from Toyota USA. Toyota's guides for other countries are separate documents, and their intervals may differ. So may other engines and model years. Check the guide for your country and year.
This page does not cover the Camry Hybrid or other model years. Toyota publishes a separate guide for each. The km figures are our rounded conversions, not Toyota's.
How to track this in Loggy
Loggy is a free maintenance logbook app for iOS and Android. Add your Camry, log each service with the odometer reading and the receipt, then set a reminder for the next one.
- Log each service with its date, reading, cost, receipt and photos.
- Set a reminder for the next service. Loggy reminders go off on a date, not at an odometer reading, so pick the date from how much you usually drive.
- Add your old paper records so the whole history is in one place.
- Export the history as a PDF or transfer it to the next owner when you sell.
The free plan has unlimited vehicles, reminders, PDF export and vehicle transfer, and no ads.
