Loggy is a maintenance logbook app for iOS and Android that keeps a car's full service history in one place. You log services and repairs with receipts and photos, set repeating date-based reminders, track fuel and expenses, and export the history as a PDF. The free plan has unlimited vehicles and no ads. It suits owners who want a clean, complete record they can show a mechanic or buyer.
Loggy keeps your car's service history as a digital logbook on your iPhone or Android phone. Each service or repair is a log with its date, odometer reading, cost, notes and attached receipts, photos or videos. You can add old paper logbook pages too. The history backs up to the cloud and can be exported as a PDF or transferred to a new owner.
Loggy tracks as many vehicles as you like, and unlimited vehicles are included on the free plan. Each car, bike, boat, truck or machine has its own service history, reminders, faults and costs. Households and businesses with lots of vehicles can use Loggy Premium to sort them into folders and invite family or staff to log to the same vehicle.
Loggy works as a motorcycle maintenance log on iOS and Android. You record chain, oil, tyre and other services against each bike in kilometres or miles, attach receipts and photos, and set repeating reminders by date. Milestones capture track days, dyno runs and other big moments. The free plan covers unlimited bikes, and the full history exports as a PDF when you sell.
Loggy is a maintenance logbook app on iOS and Android that a small business can use for vans, utes, trucks, trailers and equipment. Every vehicle gets a service history, faults list, fuel and expense tracking, and prestart inspections with sign-off. Loggy Premium adds drivers and staff on shared vehicles, folders, income tracking and downloadable PDF or CSV reports. It suits operators who want a phone app rather than full fleet software.
Loggy can track tractors, excavators, generators and other machinery by engine hours instead of kilometres or miles. When you add the machine, pick Hours as its unit, then log each service with the hour reading, parts, cost and photos. Reminders are set by date and can repeat. Loggy runs on iOS and Android, and unlimited machines are free.
Loggy logs maintenance for mowers, generators and other small engines alongside cars and trucks. Track each machine by engine hours, record blade, oil and filter changes with photos and receipts, and set repeating date-based reminders for seasonal jobs. If a machine isn't on the list, add it as Other. Loggy is on iOS and Android, and the free plan has no limit on machines.
Loggy keeps boat maintenance records on iOS and Android, alongside your trailer, car or other vehicles. Track the boat by engine hours, log services and repairs with receipts and photos, and keep a list of faults and upcoming jobs. Reminders are set by date and can repeat, which suits annual servicing, antifouling and registration. Unlimited vehicles and boats are free.
Loggy is built to replace paper logbooks and maintenance spreadsheets. Each entry holds the date, reading, cost and notes, with receipts, photos, videos and voice notes attached, and everything backs up to the cloud. Photograph old paper logbook pages into an Old Service Log to keep years of history in one entry. You can export a PDF whenever you need a printed copy.
Loggy exports any vehicle's service history as a PDF on the free plan. Choose a Detailed Report, with full logs and attached photos and files for selling or insurance, or a Summary Report, a table of all logs for a quick overview. Download it, print it or share it straight from the app on iOS or Android.
Loggy can transfer a vehicle and its full service history to the new owner's Loggy account, free. You enter the buyer's email from the vehicle's Basic Details, and they accept the transfer in their app. The vehicle needs a VIN first, and the buyer needs a free Loggy account. If they'd rather not use the app, export a PDF of the history instead.
Loggy tracks cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trailers, tractors, excavators, mowers, generators and other equipment. When you add a vehicle, you choose its type, make, model, year and currency, and whether to track it in kilometres, miles or hours. If yours isn't on the list, add it as Other and Loggy updates its list. There's no limit on how many you add.
Yes, every log in Loggy can hold receipts, photos, videos, voice notes and other files, and attachments are unlimited on the free plan. Use Advanced mode to record exactly which parts were serviced. Snaps let you take a quick photo or video now and file it against a log later. Everything is backed up to the cloud with the rest of your history.
Yes, Loggy's Old Service Log is made for paper history, which is handy when you buy a second-hand vehicle. Photograph the logbook pages, add them to one entry, and set a start and end date so that single entry can cover months or years. Recent work then goes in as normal logs, so the whole history sits in one place.
Yes, Loggy's Reminders notify you on a date you choose, and they can repeat, which suits services, inspections, registration and insurance renewals. Reminders are set by date: they don't trigger from an odometer or engine-hour reading. You can also add To Dos for upcoming jobs on a vehicle, which notify you on their date and clear once done.
Yes, Loggy tracks fuel fill-ups and expenses such as parts, labour, registration and parking on the free plan, with dashboards and charts for each vehicle. Loggy Premium adds income tracking, for vehicles that earn money, and downloadable fuel, expense and income reports as PDF or CSV. See Track fuel and Track expenses and income.
Yes, in Loggy each vehicle has a Faults list: problems stay under Active Faults until you clear them, then move to Cleared Faults. To Dos list the jobs coming up and notify you on the date you set. Failed items from an inspection also land in Active Faults, so nothing found on a check gets forgotten.
For 14 days after you enter a log, Loggy lets you edit or delete it freely. After 14 days you can still edit it, but the changes are tracked in the log's history and a Modified date appears, and the log can no longer be deleted. Like a paper logbook, this makes records much harder to fake, which is what gives the history value when you sell. The rules
No, unlimited vehicles are included on Loggy's free plan, whether you have 1 or 100+. You never have to pay just to add another car, bike, boat, truck or machine. Loggy Premium is only needed for team and fleet features such as shared vehicles, folders, income tracking and downloadable reports.
No, Loggy has no ads, on the free plan or on Loggy Premium. The free plan includes unlimited vehicles, log entries and attachments, reminders, PDF export, vehicle transfer and cloud backup. Premium is a paid upgrade for fleets and teams, not a way to remove ads.
Yes, Loggy Premium's User Management lets drivers and staff log to the same vehicle. The vehicle's owner invites people by email, and they accept from Shared Vehicles in their menu. Members see the vehicle's existing logs and add their own, so drivers, staff, family or your mechanic all build one shared history. The owner can remove members at any time.
Yes, Loggy Premium's Car Grouping sorts vehicles into folders, such as Business and Daily, so a big garage or fleet isn't one long list. Create as many folders as you like, and a vehicle can sit in more than one folder. On the Home page, tap FOLDERS, then Create +, name it and pick the vehicles.
Yes, Loggy tracks expenses for each vehicle, such as parts, labour, registration and parking, on the free plan. Loggy Premium adds Income Reports, so you can record what each vehicle earns, for example from rideshare, courier or transport work, with monthly and yearly totals. Both have a dashboard and a full list. Full guide
Yes, Loggy Premium's Download Reports exports them as PDF or CSV. From any Reports page, tap Download, tick the reports you want, pick PDF or CSV, choose a vehicle and date range, and tap Generate Report. A PDF can combine fuel, expense and income in one file; CSV makes a separate file for each, which is handy for spreadsheets.
Yes, Loggy's Inspections let a driver or operator run a prestart check from the phone. Pick a template (Light Vehicle has 11 checks) or create your own, add the location and reading, mark each item pass, fail or not applicable with notes and photos, then sign and submit. Each inspection is saved with the date, time and who did it.
Yes, Loggy syncs your vehicles, logs and attachments to Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers automatically, where they're backed up and secured. Your data is linked to your Loggy account, not your phone, so a lost, broken or replaced phone doesn't take your history with it. Log in with the same account on another device to see it.
