Honda's 2024 Foreman 4x4 manual sets the first engine oil and filter change at 100 miles (150 km), 20 operating hours or 1 month, whichever comes first. After that it is every 600 miles (1,000 km), 100 operating hours or 12 months, whichever comes first. Honda says to replace the coolant, brake fluid and front and rear final gear oil every 2 years. It also says to service the air cleaner more often in dusty, sandy or snowy riding, and more often after very wet or muddy rides.
